Peter Cohen, Chairman, called the meeting of the MCAT Board to order at 2:15 p.m.
Roll Call was taken.
Approval of Minutes
Lolita McCray motioned to accept the minutes of the meeting of March 13, 2012 as written; Andrew Eliason seconded the motion.
VOTE: ~Yes –3. Motion passed.

Budget Status Update
Andrew Eliason distributed a spreadsheet provided by Jim Chisholm showing budget update.
Mashpee Community Television
Peter and Andrew attended the March 26th Board of Selectmen meeting as observers and they reported that it appeared Consultant Bob Kelly convinced everyone that Community Television is the way to go. Effort is being made to sign the lease for the building in Industrial Park.
Peter noted that the important thing MCAT should be cognizant of is that MCAT will be responsible for shepherding the 1% funds that will still be coming from Comcast.
Control Room
Andrew provided a typed list of Control Room concerns to be made of record and attached to the printed set of these minutes.
Next Meeting
The next MCAT meeting is to be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2012, Town Hall Meeting Room 1.
Adjournment… Andrew Eliason motioned to adjourn the meeting; Lolita McCray seconded the motion. The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
